Our Services


Teller Senior Coalition provides transportation to seniors 60 and over and low-income disabled citizens who are Teller County residents.  We serve clients under 60 years old for medical appointments only.

We will pick you up for medical appointments and other essential needs such as grocery shopping, bank, post office, pharmacy, and social activities to help you sustain an independent lifestyle.

Teller Senior Coalition is a certified Non Emergency Medicaid Transportation Provider. We provide transportation for qualified Medicaid recipients who are 18 years of age and older to and from covered non-emergency medical appointments.

Case Managment

Our Case Manager assesses client needs and offers referrals and assistance for services provided through TSC programs and other available community resources that strengthen seniors’ abilities to remain independent in their homes.

Caregiver Support - Respite

We provide respite services to caregivers which affords them a break from their caregiving duties.

Chore / Handyman

Our handyman service installs safety devices such as grab bars.

Home Delivered Meals (HDM)

Seniors benefit from face-to-face contact with people who deliver meals: diminished feelings of loneliness, greater sense of safety, less worry about remaining in their own homes, even fewer falls and hospitalizations.  

Our Home Delivered Meals Program  provides home-bound seniors with assorted frozen and shelf-stable meals.

Homemaker Services

We have a new Homemaker Services program.  We can provide assistance to seniors in their homes with light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry and more.

Legal Aid

Colorado Legal Services is able to help with civil legal issues and applicants must be screened for eligibility and legal problem.  Monthly by appointment only
