Teller Senior Coalition provides transportation to seniors 60 and over and low-income disabled citizens who need essential travel assistance to local doctors, pharmacy, grocery shopping, bank and post office. Travel is available Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM. To sign up for the service call TSC at (719) 687-3330 to obtain an application. Once you’ve signed up, you may call our Transit line at (719) 687-0256 to make transportation reservations. TSC Transit is an on-call service, reservations must be made well in advance, especially for medical appointments. (Transportation services are partially funded by the Pikes Peak Area Council of Governments, Area Agency on Aging, Teller County, CDOT FTA funds, and through a Community Service Block Grant.)
Certified Medicaid NEMT Provider (Non-Emergency Medical Transportation)
Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) is transportation to and from covered non-emergency medical appointments, for qualified Medicaid clients. (TSC will transport clients 18 and over.) Call us to schedule your Medicaid pick up (719) 687-0256.
Call us for ride! Our On-Demand Service picks you up for medical appointments, and other essential needs: grocery shopping, bank, post office, pharmacy, social activities and etc. to sustain an independent lifestyle. Tuesday is shopping and errand day. Every other Friday is Wal-Mart shopping. Monday through Friday transportation is always available for medical appointments.
Out and About
Where do you want to go today? Our alternating Friday Out and About day is a home pick up service starting at 8:00am and takes the group of clients where they want to go, together, in Woodland Park.

As our HDM (Home Delivered Meals) delivery staff, she enjoys the opportunities to drive clients to appointments on occasion.
This is a joint venture with Cripple Creek Transit to provide much needed transportation service between Cripple Creek and Woodland Park. On Wednesdays, Cripple Creek Transit will bring Cripple Creek residents down to the Woodland Park Senior Center where they can board TSC Transit for shopping, doctor’s appointments, and other errands. Woodland Park residents can board Cripple Creek Transit to enjoy breakfast and sight-seeing in Cripple Creek. Bus fare for Cripple Creek Transit is $5 for a round trip (seniors ride FREE).
On Wednesdays and Fridays, TSC Transit will pick up from the Senior Center and will be making stops at Pikes Peak Family Medicine, Pikes Peak Regional Hospital, City Market, Safeway, Walmart, Green Mountains Falls, Paradise Circle/Goodwill, Woodland Park Library and the Department of Social Services** upon request.
